3PL-Warehouse services SALES Engineer

1. Job location: Offices located in Houston, TX 77057.    Fully disposition for continuous travelling to sell new services and supervise operations.

2. Position type:  Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

3. Regular schedule:  Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4. Language: Fully Bilingual English Spanish.

5. Job description:

• Sell Third Party Logistics (3PL) Warehouse services
  • Develop customers in the U.S.
  • Design solutions for Customer’s needs.
  • Estimate costs and issue proposals.
  • Negotiate and sell services.
  • Terms and Conditions / Contracts.
  • New services setup and Current services supervision.

• Desired knowledge and experience:
  • Services at Power plants and electricity networks.
  • Compliance with applicable Laws, Regulations, Contracts and Policies.
  • OSHA, Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements.
  • Rentals, Supplies, Tools, Materials and Equipment, and Insurance.
  • Handling loads equipment Operation, Maintenance and Maneuvers.
  • Improvement/Corrective Action Programs.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Hiring, Training, and Supervising Personnel and Subcontractors.
  • Inventories and Administrative controls.

6. Profile

• At least 5 years of experience selling 3PL-Warehouse Services.
• Negotiation skills and Customer relations.
• Knowledge of computer programs, including Warehouse management software.
• Leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are required in this role.
• Work based on goals and commissions.
